1.生蚝放盆里打转转洗,不能用力揉搓,然后沥干水,生蚝破肚了就不鲜了。

2.鸡蛋一个加少许盐打散,把沥干水的蚝倒进去。

3.再倒少许鱼露进去,大概5g那样。

4.再把洋葱粒和姜蓉放进去,5g鸡精和2g酱油也放进去。

5.再放淀粉进去,淀粉不要一次性加进去,一边拌一边放。

6.拌成稠稠的蚝浆就可以了。

7.锅放多点油,把蚝浆倒进去煎炸到焦黄。

8.然后翻过来再煎炸到焦黄就可以出锅了。

9.改小块就可以装盘上桌了。
